InstaSwich never receives, holds or manages trading capital. Your funds remain with the regulated broker you choose. Payments made to InstaSwich relate solely to subscriptions, education and advisory services.

Historical results, published statistics, back-tests and equity curves are not indicative of future results. Market conditions change and no strategy performs profitably in all environments.

6. Third-party services

Where we introduce you to brokers or partners, you contract directly with those firms under their own terms and regulatory protections. We may receive introducing commissions; this never changes the price you pay.

7. Technology and delivery

Signal delivery depends on third-party infrastructure such as Telegram, TradingView and internet connectivity. Delays, outages or data errors can occur, and we accept no liability for losses arising from them.
