Support & Resistance

Part Five — Practice

Final Chapter — Summary

Simple recap

Support is any level where the price of an asset reaches, changes direction and continue to rise. Resistance is any level where the price of an asset reaches, changes direction and continue to fall. Everything else in this course exists to help you apply those two sentences well.

  • Classify every level: minor or major, internal or external
  • Find structure on H1, H4 and Daily; observe the reaction on M15 and M5
  • Use the line chart to filter and candlesticks to confirm
  • Buy only at confirmed support, sell only at confirmed resistance
  • Place the stop where the idea fails; size the position from that distance
  • Preserve capital, manage risk, build consistency, and let profitability follow

Professional advice

Trade fewer setups than you think you should. Keep records. Judge yourself on whether you followed the process, not on whether a single trade paid. The market will always offer another opportunity; your capital will not always be there to take it.

Final words

You now hold the InstaSwich foundation for reading levels. It is deliberately conservative, deliberately simple, and deliberately repeatable. Applied honestly, it will keep you in the market long enough to develop real skill.

Key concepts

  • Classify the level
  • Respect timeframe context
  • Confirm reaction and define risk

Practical example

A complete review begins at the higher timeframe and ends with a risk-defined decision—or no trade.

Common mistake

Treating course completion as permission to ignore the checklist.
